The game "Bing" was known by many names; High Dice, Beat the Dealer, and The Bartender's Game.

The play could be as simple as using a pair of dice and throwing them by hand or from a shaker to using a cage containing a pair of dice.

To play, all players would ante up. Dealer shakes 2 dice and rolls them into a tray.

- If Dealer rolls a -2- all players win at one-to-one odds.

- If Dealer rolls a -12- Dealer wins.

- If Dealer rolls - 3 thru 11 he marks his number.

- First player rolls the dice. If his rolls is higher than:

- the Dealers, he wins 1-to-1.

- If his roll total ties or is less than the Dealer, he
loses.
