Another banking game was Red and Black. All the equipment needed for this simple game was the appropriate layout, dealing box, chips and a complete deck of cards.


The cards were placed face down in the box. A "run" consisted of dealing two cards face down and a third card face up. The "up" card was the winning card.

The layout had a section for placing a bet on either Red or Black as well as a place to bet on any or all of the "Jacks".
After the bets were placed, a "run" was made and stakes were paid to the winners and collected from the losers.
